Hossein Dalirian, spokesperson for the National Cyberspace Center, stated: “To achieve governance in the blockchain domain, its requirements must be properly determined and approved, and the National Cyberspace Center is committed to this effort.” Referring to the center’s actions in regulation and aiding businesses, Dalirian added: “The center has acted as a regulator of regulators, facilitating and policymaking in cyberspace matters, and has issued guidelines, approvals, and documents in many areas in collaboration with sectional regulators. One of the most critical areas is blockchain, which is gaining significant traction in our country.” He emphasized that some deficiencies in the performance of regulators and other needs, such as legislation, are under review for resolution at the center.
