Third Board Members of the FinTech Association Elected

The president of the second board of directors, presented a report on the association’s performance in the past two years, stating: “The association’s authority increased over this period, and we strived for maximum engagement with regulatory bodies.”
The General Assembly of the Iranian FinTech Association was held in December 2024. During this meeting, elections for the third board of directors took place. In this round, “Amirhossein Rad” and “Alireza Yaghoubi” each received 42 votes, “Ali Amiri” 41 votes, “Mahdi Ebadi” 37 votes, “Mahdi Shariatmadar” 35 votes, “Salar Tahvildar” 34 votes, and “Mohammadreza Farahi” 34 votes, making them the newly elected board members for the third term of the Iranian FinTech Association. Additionally, “Bardia Ahmadnia” and “Shakila Akbari” were elected as alternate members, while “Soroush Hosseinzadeh” was elected as an auditor with 41 votes. “Mahdi Fatemian,” president of the second board of directors, presented a report on the association’s performance in the past two years, stating: “The association’s authority increased over this period, and we strived for maximum engagement with regulatory bodies.”
